Work with Amy
Amy is a health coach who transitioned to an ancestral (“paleo”) diet and lifestyle after learning about the ill effects of our standard western diet. She now finds it easy to maintain this lifestyle, and enjoys better health (and no longer craves the bad stuff!). Amy can support you to make the transition too, providing her knowledge and personal experience. Her areas of interest include digestive health, anxiety and mental health.
Work with Bec
Bec is a certified Transformational Health Coach, who also practices a paleo diet and lifestyle. After struggling with her health for a number of years, she began the transition to a whole food diet…however found that an “off-the-shelf” approach to paleo wasn’t quite enough. By doing the extra work to heal her gut, Bec was able to reverse her debilitating eczema, hives and food sensitivities. She can help you transition your lifestyle too, and provide her experience in gut healing and skin issues.
