If you’re seeking a natural approach + individualised support with a specific health condition, Amy is currently available for naturopathic consultations within Brisbane, Australia.
WHAT IS NATUROPATHY?
Naturopathy takes a holistic approach to wellness and considers the impact of diet, lifestyle, environmental and emotional factors on your overall state of wellbeing.
During a consultation, Amy seeks to identify the underlying causes of illness (rather than simply suppressing symptoms) and utilises the least invasive treatments to address your health concerns. This includes herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, dietary and lifestyle changes.
WHAT TO EXPECT
An initial naturopathy consult will take 1-1.5 hours, during which we will discuss your presenting health concerns and any relevant medical history. Amy will also ask a variety of questions regarding your diet, lifestyle, stress and environmental exposures to gain an in-depth understanding of your unique health picture. Depending on your presenting health concerns, relevant lab testing and pathology may also be required to identify underlying factors contributing to your symptoms.
Following your consultation, Amy will create a personalised holistic treatment plan and prescription for you that may include dietary changes, lifestyle recommendations, herbal medicine or nutritional supplementation. We will create a step-by-step action plan so that you have a clear understanding of what is required to move forward.
We discuss your goals, health history and current symptoms. We review of your diet, lifestyle, stress and environmental exposures.
If necessary, further lab testing and pathology may be requested to investigate underlying factors contributing to your symptoms
Holistic Health Plan
We create a tailored treatment plan including diet and lifestyle advice, as well as herbal and nutritional supplementation where necessary.
